- 1 lb Chicken breast (sliced thin)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (minced)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch (for slurry)

Instructions

Prep all ingredients before starting - this goes fast. Mise en place is essential.

Heat wok over high heat until smoking. Add oil.

Add chicken in a single layer. Dont touch for 1 minute. Let it sear.
⏱️ 2 min Skill: (Easy) -
Stir fry chicken until cooked. Remove to plate.

Add more oil. Stir fry broccoli for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Dont let it burn.

Return chicken. Add sauces and cornstarch slurry.

Toss until sauce coats everything. Finish with sesame oil.
