  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch (for slurry)

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients before starting - this goes fast. Mise en place is essential.

  • Heat wok over high heat until smoking. Add oil.

  • Add chicken in a single layer. Dont touch for 1 minute. Let it sear.

  • Stir fry chicken until cooked. Remove to plate.
